Just Can't Stop Loving U

Been missing a certain somebody so much that it hurts.

Boy it's been a while. So much has been happening. Been busy busy. So How am I? I'm alright. Been doing heaps of dancing. Am now dancing 5 times a week. It feels so good to be dancing like this again. Before I started college I used to have classes everyday at 3, then 2 different schools everyday. From 11am till about 2 I'd be at the National Arts Academy. Then from about 5 - 8pm in the evenings I'd be at Dancesteps Studio or ACTS School of Performing Arts. As for now -

1. Monday's - Thursday's -> Dancesteps Studio
2. Saturday's ->Linda Jasmine School of Performing Arts.

I just joined Linda Jasmine's (for those of you who don't know, she's the choreographer behind Akademi Fantasia and an established dancer) School of Performing Arts taking a "Dance Fusion" class where dancers are trained to be professionals. The results of my first class - an aching body (thank you Kay, for all the urut-ing and rubbing minyak angin on all the aches and sores. I love you!), a splitting headache and one hell of a good time. Despite the vigorous activities I don't mind going through all the pain and torture over again next week. So far, it's good! A bit hard to go for classes though. You see the thing is the studio is in the heart of Ampang. I on the other hand, live all the way in Bandar Utama. *sigh*

Too bad the pic turned out shakey =( buhuhu. Me after pointe class.

Anyways...Went to Kay's bbq over the weekend. As usual food was good. This time around though things we're a litttle different. I made 3 little new friends whom I love so dearly now.

Kay's uncle (who is a police officer) brought over 3 abandoned children (result of 'operasi to get rid of all illegal immigrants' on March 1). Their mother, an Indonesian, was forced to return due to the fact that she was an illegal and their father, a local, died recently and oh goodness are they adorable. Am attached to the youngest who calls herself "Joda" (learnt that real name is Shuhaida). Joda's only 5 years old. So obedient, bright and full of smiles. Fell in love with her instantly. I swear if I had the time and the money, I'd adopt the little girl. My motherly instincts just came over me. Looking back now, I was playing "mama" over at Kay's bbq. Am hoping to visit her and her sisters soon and perhaps take them out for the day. Oh Joda, I can't get you out of my mind... Did you know that you don't have to be married in Malaysia to adopt a child? Ah... Interesting kan? =)

Joda (far left) and her sisters.

Paloma and I @ Kay's =)

My trip to Penang was awesome. It was so nice to meet up with all my relatives (grand aunts and uncles, cousins etc). Wedding was last last Sunday at the Vistana Hotel in Penang.

The bride - Mei Lee and the groom - Hock Oon. Relatives are from the groom's side of the family.

This is not even half of my relatives. Too many to fit the pic!

Oh ya, watched local movie 'Sepet' last Friday and it's such an excellent movie. Somewhat similar to this love story that I know. We'll save this for my next blog entry. Am looking forward to sharing this love story with you.
