Oh My God! It's been such a crazeeee week!
It was that time of the year again; Dancesteps Studio had its 6th Annual School Concert last Saturday and it was awesome! I had a blast performing this year. Not that I don't usually have a blast, it was just that there was an extra 'oomph' to it cause I too had to prepare a few items this year. This was my first year of choreography for the school and I'm pretty glad it all turned out well (even beyond my expectations!) I'm so proud of my students! Haha! There I was backstage, panicking and palpitating in curiosity whether my baby jazz would remember their steps, positions, lines etc. and woah! they did! my junior jazz did a good job too! Good job good job.

Each year after performing at the Securities Commission Auditorium it feels smaller, and smaller and smaller. The stage's flooring's also very seasoned and worn out but still not too bad. I've always loved dancing on this stage particularly cuz it's hollow. Makes it easier to jump, kick, go on pointe...

see the sweet little angel in the pic? That's Kimmy from my baby jazz class. Had to take care of her on the concert day. No doubt she's cute but man... imagine being under a lot of pressure putting your make up on, pressed for time, and having a 6 year old by your side smothering glitter gel all over your arm. argh... it was so bad i started itching! haha but she was real sweet. helped me with my blush and hair spray.

Performing the can-can was a real scream! it was so much fun and the crowd response was overwhelming. having the audience cheer and clap to the music makes it so much more fun to perform! i loved it! we're all so glad everyone enjoyed watching it just as we all enjoyed performing it! the biggest surprise was seeing my aunty there at the concert - and it's been forever since i last saw her (5-6 xmas' ago??) she took the fabulous stage photos. thank you so much aunty gay! you rock!

I had the craziest hair and wardrobe change this year. Ah, but costumes this year was "soo fetch" (haha i just had to use the term. watched mean girls again today ;) ) i loved all my costumes!

Anyways, right after the last show my sister and I had sisterly-love-bonding shit whatever you call it - watching 'Over The Hedge' haha its such a funny movie! My sister & I had a good time laughing our asses off in the cinema! We actually had a great time together! I guess she's growing up so it's getting a little different. She suggested that one of the characters, a squirrel named 'Hammy' looked like this guy I used to know. Haha :D its the nose! Anyways, the next day we went shopping *gasp* together at 'Forever 21' (aahh! its a scream!!) and she actually picked a few things out for me! she ran across the shop screaming in that uber anooying american teenage twang "omigawd you gotta try this! its sooo totally awesome! hilary duff has something like it!!"

Performed for an LG event on Monday for the launch of their new phone (you can read about it at Kenny Sia's blog. He describes the new phone pretty well) Its an upgraded version of the LG mobile I have. am considering trading this one in for the new one. It's pretty cool. Very sleek and damn stylo.
